Why a separate site
K3's main site covers everything a managed IT company does. That's the problem. When your tickets sit for days and your account manager has changed three times, you don't want a services menu. You want someone who does this for a living to tell you how it actually goes.
So we made a front door for exactly that. One topic. How switching works, what outsourced IT costs, and a free kit you can use whether you hire us or not.
About K3 Technology
The facts, without the brochure:
- What we do: managed IT and cybersecurity.
- Dallas office: 5757 Alpha Rd, Suite 410, Dallas, TX 75240 — (214) 483-0300.
- Denver office: yes, K3 operates in Colorado too.
- Recognition: Inc. 5000 honoree. AIA Colorado partner.
- Stack: Microsoft-centric — Microsoft 365, Azure, security, and practical AI adoption. If your business runs on Microsoft, you're in the deep end of what we know.
How we work
Our advice to anyone vetting an MSP: ask about offboarding before you sign. How a provider plans to hand things back tells you more than any sales deck.
We hold ourselves to the standard we tell you to demand from your current provider: admin credentials documented and in your name, licenses you own, exit expectations in writing before anything is signed. In almost all cases your agreement governs the specifics — so read it, and ask us the 12 questions in the Switch Kit. We wrote them knowing we'd have to answer them too.
The switch itself follows a written process, step by step, in the open. A well-run switch is boring. That's the point.
